Can you look after my existing website?+
Yes, subject to an initial review of the platform, access and condition. We’ll agree any migration or repair work before moving the site to a care plan.
What do I need before we start?+
Your business goals, service details, logo, approved copy and images are a good start. We agree the page list and scope before the deposit. Writing or photography can be quoted separately.
Will you manage the hosting and technical side?+
That’s what our care plans are for: hosting, SSL monitoring, backups and maintenance. CMS updates are included from Business Care. Essential includes a quarterly restore test; larger plans build on that foundation. Email hosting is separately scoped.
Do I own my website?+
Your domain and content stay yours. After full payment, you receive portable website files and agreed access. Third-party fonts, plugins and integrations remain subject to their licences.
What if I need changes later?+
Business Care includes 30 minutes of small content edits monthly; Priority Care includes 90 minutes total. Unused time does not roll over. Extra work is proposed at R650/hour excluding VAT, with approval before work begins.
Am I tied into a long hosting contract?+
Our care plans are monthly, with 30 days’ cancellation notice. Website design is billed separately, so you aren’t paying off a hidden design subsidy in your hosting fee.
